On Thursday, November 15, 2018, Mr. EPSTEIN served as the panel moderator for the conference panel entitled, "Safety First." The panel invlolved discussions with regards to disaster prevention, minimization, and explaination on how preplanning and on-site crisis management can reduce or eliminate risk and reduce negative exposure of festival clients.

Timothy Liam EPSTEIN extended his professional insight at this years ACMT at NACCT PreMeeting Symposium, Performance and Enhancing Agents 360 Conference in Chicago, IL

On October 25, 2018, Mr. EPSTEIN offered his professional insight during his presentation entitled, "Doping and the Law." The informational session lasted about 30 minutes in length and provided his legal perspective and supporting landmark cases pertaining to the legal world of doping in sports and beyond.

A reporter with the Los Angeles Times quotes Mr. Timothy L. EPSTEIN in an Article Entitled, "Referee sues San Diego Unified School District and former student for $1 million."

“It’s certainly very unusual to have someone go after the kid,” said Timothy Epstein, who has worked in sports law since 2004 and has served as an expert witness and consulting expert for sports law cases. “If there’s no money there, you usually don’t go after someone who doesn’t have it.”
